NTLabs Artemia Brine Shrimp Eggs 30ml Brine shrimp eggs without shells. Brine Shrimps provide perfect, natural food for freshwater and marine aquarium fish, especially for bringing up fry. Artemia Revolution are decapsulated brine shrimp eggs with the shell removed so that no separation is required. Pure and free from bacteria, they have a guaranteed 95% hatch rate with an enhanced survival rate. With more nutrition than dried cysts, they are the best source of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids available. Extra long shelf life with 1,000,000 larvae guaranteed in each 30g pack. Without the natural buoyancy of their shells, the eggs need to be hatched in the NT Labs Brine Shrimp Hatcher.

Why not try the Brine Shrimp Hatcher Kit complete with Hatcher, Artemia Revolution, Brine Shrimp Food and Salt Rocks. • Decapsulated Brine Shrimp Eggs • Pure and Free from Bacteria • 95% Hatch Rate Instruction for Use: 1. Prepare seawater at full strength. To obtain optimum results, specific gravity should be 1.022 at 24°C (35g sea salt per litre of water). 2. Add seawater to Brine Shrimp Hatcher in a heated aquarium. 3. Aeraten from bottom of unit, so that all eggs are kept in suspension and moving. 4. Always shake bottle before dispensing, then each drop will give from 1,500 to 2,000 nauplii. 3 drops (5,000 nauplii) can be hatched in approximately 250ml seawater. 5. Illuminate well for a minimum of three hours, preferably for 12 hours. 6. Hatching time depends on temperature: at 24°C (which is average tropical aquarium temperature) hatching will take place between 24 and 48 hours. (Maximum hatch 44-48 hours). 7. Nauplii can then be used directly as food in salt water aquaria for fishes, invertebrates, etc. or as food for fry and small fishes. To feed adult fish, catch nauplii in a brine shrimp net and pour away the hatching solution. To rear nauplii to adult brine shrimp Set up a small tank of 5-10 (1 to 2 gal) of seawater at a specific gravity of 1.022 at 28°C (35g per litre). Maintain a gentle aeration, making certain the bubbles are not too fine in size. Do not use air stone or fine mist aerator. Keep tank in the dark or subdued light if possible. Add newly hatched nauplii to the rearing tank. Add 15 drops of NTLabs Brine Shrimp Food per litre of rearing tank water: add daily so that the tank water is always just cloudy. At the start of the second week it will be necessary to feed twice daily. Check for toxic levels of Ammonia and change water if necessary. Artemia should approach adult size in 12 to 14 days.
